AVL Essentials LLC, an audio, video and lighting production company in Orlando, Florida, sends text alerts to its own crew members (staff and freelance technicians and stagehands) about jobs they are booked on: new bookings, schedule or venue changes, a reminder the evening before a call time, crew chat messages and checklist updates. Messages begin with “AVL Crewing:”. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
How to opt in
In our crew app, AVL Essentials Crewing (https://avl-crewing.web.app), sign in, tap your name, open Alerts, tick “Text messages” and save. Text messages are optional and are never a condition of working with us. You will receive a confirmation text: “AVL Crewing: You're signed up for job alerts by text. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
